i call this the cute house because its small and cute. its a three story house that has an attic or it can be a bedroom. i furnished the downstairs but i didnt do the other floors so you can make it how you want it. i forgot the price, sorry about that. its built on a small lot. i hope you enjoy this cute little house. i ran it through clean installer. its hack free also.
