This house is perfect for those Simmies who have been saving up their hard-earned money to move into a larger home. The basement and first floor are fully furnished. The third floor has been left unfurnished, and includes a play area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom for your Sim's children. To keep the cost down, there is little landscaping included, but plenty of room in the backyard for a pool, garden, swingset, etc. There is also room for another garage or driveway to the left of the included garage.
