Description:

I built this two-story home for my Legacy Family, the Fairgates (check out their story here! ), because, by the fourth generation, the other house was far too randomly built to be efficient. This new home is big enough to hold any number of sims, and a third floor could be added if needed. The backyard is pretty empty, but there is more than enough room for a large swimming pool, hot tub(s), and a swingset area. Family and custom content cars not included.

Note: I always play using Inge's wonderful Ceiling Light Hider, which is available here. It makes seeing your Sims' floors much, much easier by keeping those annoying ceiling lights out of the way!
