This is a 3br/3ba house with attic space and a basement. There's a spare room over the garage as well. The cost of the house is $78,855. I included plumbing, lighting, and kitchen counters. Everything is Maxis. I built it in a clean game to make sure and checked it with Clean Installer to make doubley sure.

There is no custom content in this house but it's a nice plan. It wouldn't take much to fix it up just the way you want it.
