got my fingers & toes crossed I am uploading this correctly...
I have uploaded many lots, but this is my first (of I hope many)
that I am uploading here at MTS2.
10 Ocean Ave.
This 3 bed/2bath beach house sits on a 5x5 beach lot.
It features an open floor plan with a sunroom & plenty of outdoors space.
Furnished only with basic cabinets/plumbing/lights & a few outdoor amenities.
It sells for $75,430.
Lot was packaged, then I moved a family in to play.

Lot has been run thru Clean Installer & AVG virus scan.
