Okay, I'm back.

I was looking for some simple floorplans for my sims, and I found this one. This is my version of the A-Frame house below, but I added a garage.

This house is unfurnished, an a 5x4 lot, and has a basic paint job. As is, it runs your sims 32,472 simoleans.

It has been checked with Clean Installer and has no hacks.
