This is a house built from blueprints that Elinchy wanted built for the game. It took me a few hours to build, but is fun to play in now.
I've added screenshots of the house and also used Clean Installer so there is no hacked files or custom content used. I built the house using University and Nightlife expansion packs.
I made the outside of the house with brick wallpaper, because the sim's game didn't have the right colors to get the same look as the house in the picture. The house is mostly unfurnished. I only added a few objects so you know what some of the rooms are.
As for the inside walls, I did tile floors for the bathrooms and tiled walls for the bathrooms. And the rest of the house I just used plain wallpaper on all the walls. That way you can customize everthing how you like it.
Only cheats that were used, was for building the garage area for the car. I used boolprop constrainfloorelevation. The actual garage for the house, was off to the side, so it's just a big room instead of holding cars.
After playing in the house, there is only two issues I had with it, nothing major. First I forgot an entrance or a doorway into one section of the house. And the other, a tub wouldn't fit for one of the rooms that was part of the blueprints, the sim couldn't get in it. Besides that everything works good.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
