As the title of this post implies, this house was requested by Goalgirl12. It features a double garage, a formal dining room, large kitchen with breakfast area opening out onto a covered porch, a huge two-story living room with a fireplace, a large master bedroom, and three good sized bedrooms on the second floor. This house also has three and 1/2 bathrooms and a "bonus room" which could be turned into anything from additional bedrooms, to office space, to a home theater or billiards room. The house comes unfurnished, but I've done a little landscaping out front to help welcome your Sims home! The home is situated on a large 4x4 lot, and there is still plenty of room for expansion!
