This is my first ever house that I have created.
It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. A living room and family room, dining room, kitchen and games room. It also has two garages.
It is CLEAN meaning it has no custom content. I've checked it with Clean Installer and the only file present is the lot.
The lot in the screenshots is furnished the one that you download only has the bathrooms and kitchen furnished.
