I personally love this house, so i thought i'd upload! Before anyone downloads and asks me about the stairs at the back of the house, i will tell you - i wanted a small balcony and that was the only way to get to it!! (You won't know what i'm talking about until you see the picture!).
It needs all EP's, university, nightlife and open for business (sorry!).

The house has an entrance hall connected to a corridor which goes around the whole floor (look at the picture you'll see what i mean), living room, kitchen/diner, study, 2 bathrooms, pool room, music room, kid's playroom, nursery, 5 double bedrooms, outdoor pool with hot-tub and double garage (room for 6 cars).
All this, on a medium (4x3) lot, costs your simmies 226,635 simoleons, which i don't think is too bad! lol.
