When I first started working on this house I had a hard time figuring out what a modern japanese house looks like because when searching all you get is traditional japanese homes.

The request was for a home for a family of 3 or 4, not big and has a garden.

Its two stories, 3 bed rooms (one made for two sims). Its got a drive way with an over hang. Its has a porch in the front and back. And a garden in back and some flowers in the front.

When I was studying the house layouts in Japan I read something about how a lot of Japanese apartments are split up into long rooms, so on the top story two of the bed rooms are set up like that. Also I was trying to make the roof have a very low angle to it. But I had a lot of trouble with that so I didnt do it. I would of given it that kind of appearance like a lot of japanese homes but I couldnt get it right, I apologize.

This house conserves a lot of space.
