Annie (prt 4) The Orphanage

Of course I had no blue print to follow but this is my interpretation of The orphanage from the movie Annie. I had actually meant for the trashed counters, beds, coffeepot, and teddy bear from the trashed set
http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=38304 to be included (DumbBlonde kindly had given me permission) but I have had this packaged the way I initially decorated and so I'm uploading it this way with all Maxis content. It is such a great set though that if you haven't already, you should go look through everything there. The stuff would fit in really well with this place.

The house has a huge hallway downstairs where I've put a couch but you could use it as an entertainment room or something. Also downstairs are kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining room, Miss Hannigan's room(where there are two beds because I play Miss Carol Hannigan and Miss Nel Hannigan as sisters) and bathroom. Upstairs is a smaller hallway, the orphans large bedroom, bathroom, and a playroom. There is a small deck on one side of the house and a large backyard. Even though this house is pretty big, it's been fairly easy to play.

The only custom content in this download is 9 really funky vintage(y) walls and two floors by me.
