Hi, this house bridges the gap between small lots and a wealthy mansion. It has two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, formal dining, formal lounge, living room, rumpus and deck for outside entertaining.
It is also on a foundation however does have a garage on terrain.
It is a relatively cheap home at $44,000
I removed all the custom and ep content so it should work on the sims 2 (apart from the garage)
Enjoy a bit of suburban style for a while
