Hi every body Here is one of my new lots.
This time i build a modern house that cost $36,924, lot size is 2X3, it got 2 bedrooms 1,5 bathroom 1 kitchen dining/living room and a garage.

I used Numenor Unleveled walls please install these before using my lot (read carefully how to install these walls).
I used Moonlight_muse's Transparent Grid Floor Tiles.
I used roddyaleixo Invisible Driveway.
From xmsims.com I used Station Canopy 2.
and 2 fences from http://www.11dots.com/ Laurana fence part 3 and Sinfonia stone fence, these can be found under build section.
