This is my first post (long time lurker). And for my first post I bring to you a community lot nightclub.

This is Cowboy Bill's. Its named after a real life nightclub I've been too. At first It was my intent to make this an exact replica of the real life Cowboy Bill's. But when I started building it it took a life of its own and became this instead. And I'm quite happy with how it turned out.

This nightclub features everything a nightclub should. A bar, dinning area, gaming area, and a big dance floor.

Also works well as a business. But be prepared to shell out around $170K.

This lot has been run through Clean Installer and has NO custom content. This lot is purely 100% Maxis content.
