Here's a 3x3 nightclub tricked out with the basics: bar, cafe, restaurant, DJ booth. I left plenty of room for you to fill it with ~interesting~ objects.

It has 4 levels. The ground floor has the dance floor, bar and restrooms. Upstairs are showers and three private rooms. The rooftop features a restaurant, cafe and hot tubs. Dungeon in the basement. Three elevators whisk your sims between floors.

compressed VS uncompressed:
The compressed version has a smaller file size when used, but cannot be compressed well by rar, 7-zip, uha, or else
The uncopressed is larger in file size when used, but can be better compressed by uha, 7-zip,rar, or else.
Use either version, I'll let you decide.



I know it looks dark in the pictures, but it's great once you're inside. Feedback always appreciated!
If you would like a smaller version, say 2x2, let me know. When I put three waterbeds in, the sims get a little distracted and don't dance enough.
