I just finished version 4 of the Community Buffet object, and this version has a bunch of new features and enhancements over the original. Here's the current features:

-can be placed on both residential and community lots

-all food items are available to family members, while certain foods are only available to others depending on the time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert)

-only family members pay for their food; others don't (this fixes a bug in version 3 where the current family would pay for everyone on the lot)

-prices have been added to the menu lists

-more food is available

-compatible with both original game and University (EP1), and should work fine with later EPs
