The Princess Castle, a castle (obviously) over a lake for your sims. For large families; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, $105,684, partially decorated to keep lot running at hopefully a reasonable pace for slower computers. And since castles were built in medieval times, there's no road. The carpool, taxi, and all other vehicles work properly, but I don't think you'll be able to add a driveway.
