When i saw the neon sign made by Atavera i immediately began designing this store.
Its designed to use as a business for your sim, because there's not much for sale in it at the moment. If you want to use it that way just fill the racks with toys.
It's made on a 3x3 lot and cost's your sim 45,427ยง.
There is a small workshop in the back and a toilet.
