I have a new fence and gate for you. They are marked as needing no specific EP's, but you should have at least one EP (doesn't matter which one) for custom fences to work, although there is a work-around that can be found in this thread:

It's in dark redwood, and I originally made it to create some Asian-themes lots. The gate is a two-tile wide gate and it does have it's animations. Face cound for each is relatively low:

Fence:
Straight-140
Diagonal-164
Post-64

Gate: 824
