This home was made on a 1x3 lot and costs exactly §19,902. It comes fully loaded with everything a sim needs to work on any of their skills and to take care of their needs. It even includes a pickup truck, so no waiting on the carpool or taxi for you!

This house was made in and requires OFB to work properly, and also requires Nightlife. As far as I can tell, I did not use any of the University-specific content, so you should not need University.

This lot features:
- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Toilet, Shower, and Sink are actually in 3 separate rooms to cut down the "shooing" factor)
- Bedroom includes single bed, side table, and alarm clock.
- Television, Radio (on another side table), bookshelf, chess table, easel, mini-fridge, stove, dining table & chairs, kitchen sink and a couple counters finish out the "common room."
- All security taken care of by way of a smoke detector and burgular alarm.
- Nice-sized deck at each of the two entrances.
- Sufficient lighting inside and out, day and night. You might even be able to sell a few of the lights off the porch railings and still have enough.

This is my first lot upload, so please tell me what you think.

UPDATE (4/18/2006, 5:37 am) - I am adding a V 2.0 of this lot which fixes/changes the following:
- Added a window in the shower room. (Don't know how I missed that!)
- Removed a few of the lights from the porch railings.
- Added a few more lights in the yard.
- Lot now only costs §19,642, so your Sims have a little bit more spending money.

UPDATE (6/2/2006 7:25 pm) - Uploaded a different floorplan, incorporating things I have learned since posting the original. Primary differences:
- Trailer now features 1 1/2 bathrooms, in two rooms. rather than 1 bathroom in 3 rooms. (How did I ever think that was a good idea?)
- Fence around the driveway, with lights (so your Sims won't be scared of the dark when they come and go at night. )
- Changed the layout of the walkway from the sidewalk to the kitchen porch, and moved the mailbox and trashcan to a slightly different spot.
- Moved the flamingo so that sims can actually kick it. (Oops!)
- Replaced mini-fridge with full-size fridge, so that your sims have more options of what to cook.
- Lot now costs almost exactly 20k, but at least they have a full fridge.
