It comes in green, but you can change the siding to salmon, light wood, white, pink, blue, mint, and medium wood using the Maxis-created siding shingles. It is fully furnished, and there are no hacks, but tons of great custom content! Thanks to all of the wonderful modders for letting me use their designs. :D

There are 2 bedrooms, one for an adult and one for a child or teen. That was what I was thinking when I built it, but you can change it up however you like! A fenced-in balcony adjoins the children's bedroom. One bathroom and a kitchen/dining room/living area are on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second. The house is on a 3x1 lot (yes, small, but perfect for this!) and features a small pond and decorative outdoor rocks. One of the rocks is actually a working fountain that can be used as normally. The ground is fully covered with a lush green grass terrain (maxis-made), and underneath the balcony are two posts that shade the floor below. Please enjoy!

Oh, and if you did enjoy it, please rate and thank! I love compliments! :D

Below are some pictures of the interior and exterior. One picture, as you can see, I've removed the pond and added an invisible driveway and a bit of landscaping. I also switched the front door to the side where the stone path leads and put a window in the front where it used to be. This home is not included, but I assure you that it is the same home except for the changes described above.

Thanks so much,
