This is a house built on the multi-stored coulmns and the house itself is one-stored. Around the coulumns is water and there is a big swimmingpool on the lot.
It looks fancy(me thinks)

The house was built for one sim or a couple but I imagien it can be easely changed.
Uses about 4 elevators to get to the apartment
The lot is 3X4, costs 240,039 simoleons and has furniture in it(expensive furniture, I should add). Well, generally everything about this house is expensive.
Unfortunetly there is no space for cars
but I hope you can live that up
