Mod The Sims - Contemporary Villa

Well I'm uploading another house; hopefully it will do better than the last one. I was trying to make a smaller version of one of Litework's houses, but my version turned out being unique. This house took a long time to build. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. Litework's house was supposed to be Navajo, but my villa turned out looking Italian. There is a loft and a few niche areas to put plants, small sculptures, etc... To put in a fireplace and to place objects in the loft you will need to use the moveObjects on cheat. I decided to put in some lights as I don't like downloading a house and having to add a thousand lights. The villa comes unfurnished. I hope you like it.
