LOTS of storage/extra room space

it is unfirnished
includes many balconies and lanais (no i have no idea what the difference is), a huge pool (with 2 pool rafts)
2 garages that can fit 3 cars+outdoor car docks
4 stories, circular stairwell, and a elevator (may not work, i haven't tested it yet).
WARNING: THIS LOT IS HUGE, IT'S LIKELY 8 SIMS CAN LIVE HERE
overall cost $163,923 so it is quite expensive

sorry i left out a few Custom Content thank you
i included the 2 tiled waterfall
the elevator
and the Modular Round Flowerbeds
their was also alot of CC that i found in CleanInstaller that i didn't use in the house, so i took that out, which made the file ALOT smaller (4.45 to 3.13mb).
excuse the inconvenience.
