Based off the Anime/Manga 'BLEACH' by Kubo Tite. These are the simplistic facial tattoos/lame attempt at scars that Hisagi Shuuhei, Vice Captain of 9th division, wears.

These are just simple makeup recolors. Not 100% accure, but they give the desired effect.

Everthing else shown in screenshots are included in Sims 2 University Expansion.
