Here's a collection of 8 tiny face tatoos that go under sims' right eye.
I put them into 'Blush', because facial masks section is waay too cluttered in my game. That's why, perhaps they won't look too good along with heavy colorful eyeshadow, as it will overlap them. And here's pic number and file name references:
