Just a cute little house I came across that I thought would be perfect for a starter home.

I got as much into this house as I could for the 20K; all of your sims’ basic necessities will be covered, and objects for building all skills are also included. Additionally, this house has a usable but unfinished basement, and even a couple of windows at that level for natural lighting. As you can see, it has a driveway (though you can’t afford a car right away), and some room left on the lot for adding on, and possibly for a pool.

All areas were accessible to my test sim, and all items usable (including the chess table on the teeny porch).
