Dream House I

This is my first house ever for upload, so I hope I do everything right, if not, leave a message and I will try to fix it.

I love this house. It is an actual floor plan, I apologize for the roof, I couldn’t get it to work right no matter what, it defied me.

To specifics: It is a 4 x 4 lot, price is $110, 048. This includes flooring on both levels, large pool, hot tub, the custom content below, and a dresser (to show part of my idea for the room). No furniture except custom content, minus the kitchen and the dining room which have furniture. (I love custom content, and if I did the house there would be pages of custom content for ya’ll to find). The walls aren’t painted, the floors are only done to show what room is what;

“Dark Mahogany parquet” is the study
“Seattle sky tile” is any bathrooms
“tread on me” linoleum is bedrooms
“Light blue stone” (custom content, listed below) is the entryway on both floors, and I loved the flooring, which is why I included it.
“Gray Horizon 3” Pavers, are the lanai and flooring around the pool, also for entrance to main entryway.
“Lumber timber deck flooring” is the 2 decks upstairs
“Smoking” carpet is the leisure room.

**There are five bedrooms, each has own bathroom. There are a lot of bathrooms, because closets and what-not I turned into bathrooms, but if you want to change them, that’s your prerogative. There are ten bathrooms (I apologize, on the second floor on the right side, I didn’t separate the restroom from the bedroom **on knees** Please oh please forgive me!) Also, there is a large area with a "G" in tile, that was the garage on the floor plan, so whatever you want to do with the space is up to you.

I want to apologize that the first floor floorplan is in two pitures, the computer fought me and won, so please forgive me

That’s everything, I worked hard on this project, I spent so long trying to get the roof to look right and it wouldn’t, I’ve included the original picture, so if anyone wants to try I would love to see it.

Oh and please hit the thanks button, I know it refreshes the screen and takes awhile, but it would make me feel all warm and fuzzy.

**Update** I noticed the .rar says number 2, and the title says number 1, this is the second one I've done, but the first one isn't ready for upload yet, it will have a lot of custom content, so I'm debating using it at all...
