Bedrooms: Up to four. Two were designed as bedrooms, the other two are actually one room, separated by an arch. They could be closed off to make two bedrooms, or left as they are and used as one bedroom or any other purpose you'd like.
Bathrooms: 2.5 (Master Bath is L-shaped. Rather nifty!)
Ground Floor Layout:
On the ground floor, we have (clockwise from left) the garage, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living area. The walls separating the kitchen from the dining and living rooms are half walls.
Top floor layout:
For the top level of the home, there is (again, clockwise from left) the L-shaped master bath, the master bedroom with a recessed entry, the second bathroom, the "bonus room" that can be used for any purpose, the hallway, and the second bedroom. (The second bedroom sits in the crook of the "L," and would make a good nursery, given it's proximity to the master suite.)
This home has a pond with willow tree in the backyard, and, in the front, many rose bushes, a flower bed, and a few bushes. It would be wonderful for your growing Sims family. The backyard should still be large enough to add more things to the lot. I left this unfurnished so that you (and your Sims!) could decide what you -really- want in the home. (Plus, this house would cost soooo much more if -I- had furnished it. XD)
Wow! My first upload. This is, in actuality, a house that I would -love- to own some day, hence the title. I would like to apologize for the pictures. I did everything I'd read to make them look better, and they've gotten as good as they're going to, I suppose.
I -really- hope you all like it, and any feedback at all would be -greatly- appreciated! "My Dream House" may become a sort of series, as I have at least two other houses floating around in my brain.
Please please do not redistribute! I don't mind if you use the house in screen shots or videos, but I wouldn't mind credit for it. ^.^
