The outfit I created for my vampires 
The waist is thinner than maxis meshes, it has high collar and slightly modified in the groin area, nothing to noticeable, but more realistic body shape. Has five recolors that very in degree of bare skin shown Unfortunately I can’t separate recolors – they have the same names, so if you don’t like something – just delete it in game. The files aren’t large.
The poly count is the same as maxis model, I only changed the shapes.
You may recolor it as mach as you want, but pleas do not redistribute the mesh without permission.
