This small suburbian home is very loosely inspired by Dove Cottage in Grasmere, Lake District, England, another one of my favorite places. It's a perfect starter home (and retirement home) for the writer who wants seclusion. There's room for a small garden for him/her to putter about as well. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plan on a 1x3 lot. Cost: 15,768.

You will need roddyaleixo's invisible driveway for this lot.
