so, this is my third uplaod and again it's Moi Mem Motie. this dress has actually been made of a blouse and a skirt, which i imply put together, since i haven't found the perfect lolita skirt mesh yet u.u
but i hope your sims will like it anyways.
the dress requires a non MTS2 mesh (see below).
