I'm not sure which expansions are needed because I have them all, but I do know that you need Open For Business because of the Elevator. I couldn't get my stairs to work the way I wanted so I used an elevator.

7/15/06: Had a comment about when people go to install about custom content requires expansion that's not installed. If you used the Sims Package Installer you would've gotten that message, because I have Family Fun Stuff. If you used Clean Installer then you wouldn't have a problem. But I fixed it. Now if you have Open For Business then you can use the Sims Package Installer to install this house with no problems. So now you can enjoy this beautiful home.
