This is my first upload to MTS2, so I hope you enjoy.

As you can see from the photos attached, this house is on two levels with an extention built over the driveway. To the side, behind the driveway is a patio area perfect for dining. There is also space left at the back to extend the property or add more landscaping.
This house has plenty of space for a family, and there are enough bedrooms with space upstairs to convert the spare room into two new bedrooms if wished.
The spare room I have left unassigned to a room, but it could be a games room, an office, a nursery or an upstairs living space.
