Small Family Home - *requested by polishxcuty3*

This is a small (but perfectly proportioned!) family home, with drive and spacious back garden (specifically requested). Perfect for a family of 3-5 sims, although might get a little cramped on the stairs! The stairs are split (the easy way) using the OFB staging tool. The kitchen is open plan with the living/dining. Downstairs there is one double bedroom, upstairs there is the master, and the kids' room. There is a painted breeze block shed in the back garden - I see it as an office/study, as there's nowhere much room in the house.



Lot Size: 3x2
Bedrooms: 2 x double - one on ground lfloor, master on first floor
1 x twin single - by that I mean it is suitable for two sims.
Bathrooms: 2 - one up, one down
Cost unfurnished: $30,520
EPs Required: Uni, Nightlife, Open for Business. Actually, I don't know whether or not Uni is required, but I've got it installed, and I lost track of which objects came with which.
