Welcome to Hoofhame, a medieval and/or Tolkien-style property. It is on a 3x3 lot and costs just under $75K. I wanted what my citified brother-in-law calls horse storage in my medieval neighborhood. The horses are not part of the download. There are a lot of farm animals available here at MTS, you might want a more varied usage.



It is lightly furnished with some Maxis stuff just to show you placement. You will want to replace it with your favorite medieval stuff -- especially in the kitchen (yuck!). I've used some of the Simstones bathroom items -- they look pretty good.

Please do not upload this lot anywhere.
