My favorite place is the beach, i love the view, to be in the sun, it´s the best vacation in all world, tha´s why i like to build beach houses, i hope you enjoy it...
It´s unfurnished, i will put the furnished version when i have time to furnish..

i have made some modifications in the lot of this house...as you can see in the pics for this reason the house just work in a specif neighborhood ..you must creat a new neighborhood and use the monisland.sc4 for it, it cames in the game then you mustfor this works properly put the house close to the sea ..
