Dorm for spoiled young Sims

This dorm has two objectives: improving performance since it is a small lot with only TWO rooms without the clutter of having many roomates; the second feature is that is has everything a spoiled Sim would want: a fancy car in an underground working driveway, swimming pool, gym, hot tub, etc. Of course, it also has all items required for skills. However, it does not have a pool table of music instruments.

It ONLY has Maxis original elements. It requires Uni, of course, NL and OFB.

The lot size is 2 X 2.
