This is a Huge Dorm filled with everything a Sim needs to make the grade. I made this dorm with pure imagination no floorplans were used. I think it turned out really good.
This Dorm Houses 9 Sims
Built on a 4 x 4 Lot
You will need All eps plus FFS and GLS for this lot to work.
There is no custom content only maxis made items so no meshes to chase after on this wonderful lot.
On the main floor:
Huge Library

Cafeteria

Indoor Pool with universal Locker Room for showering and changing clothes after working out in the gym or Indoor pool.
A Pool Room with Pool table and darts for your sims to Hang Out together.
An Art Room

A Music Room

Go on up the Grand Stairs and there is a Huge Game Room with two Large TVs for watching the games on.
A Concert Hall/Concert Room for your Sims to proform
