Small Starter Cottage

Nothing too special, just a small cottage. Doesn't require any expansion packs, I know, because I don't have any :-p There seems to be a load of lots classed as no expansion packs needed, but still crash the game, so I figured I'd start making lots for everyone who finds it very frustrating!

It's on a 2x3 lot. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen/diner/lounge. It's furnished with lights, a phone, and the bathroom and kitchen stuff like plumbing and fridge. Costs $16,172.
