Mod The Sims - 3rd in My Series of Afforable Housing

This house, set on a 3x2 lot, is priced at just 19,138. This two bedroom (both with single beds) house comes modestly furnished. The house also includes a dining room/kitchen combo, living room, and a full bathroom. Very few decorations are used in order to keep the price down for those Sims just starting out. The grounds of the house do include a gazebo, small pond and several trees and flowerbeds.

As with all my houses, no expansion needed and no cc added. Enjoy !!!
