Final Notes-
The lot is not gameplay tested, so they're might be some confusion around Sim behaviour, some blocked paths etc... Feel free to correct anything. The house looks good in Pleasantview along the other modern houses. Hope you like it :-)
Edit: Forgot to add that I used both Glamour Life and Family Fun Stuff, so you need them.
