Palm trees and oddly shaped pools, nothing like a little cliche` if you're going to live in Los Angelos or just want to pretend you do. The lot comes unfurnished but is shown furnished in the screenshots, custom walls and floors included are my own. A lot of my textures come from http://www.theinspirationgallery.com/ and http://www.fatstrawberry.com/.
