Description
I made this house for a starter family of one or two sims with dogs. The little gate at the dogyard can be locked for pets, effectivly keeping the dogs from peeing inside. Very handy when puppies arrive. Also included are objects to improve your skills for promotion. All this for under 20k, leaving enough to get by until you get that job you have always dreamt of.

Authors note
This is the first creation that I've uploaded to the net so please be gentle if you find anything wrong with it. I have checked it with Clean Installer and everything seems fine (and it should since I have a clean install at the moment).

I'm not sure if you really need all those expansions but those are the ones that I have and I'm not sure what items I've used. What I do know is that you need Pets.
