I made an Axl Sim before, but recently I've been thinking that I'm not entirely satisfied with it. So I decided to redo him, making a new tattoo-ed skin, different eyes, better hair...etc. I like him far better now, and I hope you will too!
Also because I finally found out how to use photoshop, I could make the tattoos look better, so jay me...
