Here's for you my first upload:
It's the kind of building I like to see downtown. On the picture you can see I placed several lots side by side for a realistic look. You can do the same and create different shops for each one, it really looks great in the game.
The two shops included in this one are a small cosy restaurant and a modern fashion shop. I put trees and lights on the other side of the road with "moveobjects on".
It's quite small so it won't slow down your game.I hope you'll appreciate.
It's hack free and furnished with Maxis content.
