You've asked for it, you've got it! More ethnic hairstyles for sims. Toddlers and children wear animated plaits while teens, young adults, adults and elders wear afro puffs. Hair is properly binned and eyebrows match proper hair tones. It comes in all 4 color categories.

These should work with the base game, as well as with expansion packs. It has been "de-petsified," so that it will show up correctly for those who don't have Pets.
