Realistic palm : Washingtonia robusta

Hello !

ADVICE : a NEW version of this palm exist on MTS2 !

Here is my new palm : the Washingtonia robusta ( Mexican fan palm / washingtonia méxicain)

There are in 3 heights :
2,50 meters, 8m and 20m.

POLYCOUNTS :
Young : 1116 vertices, 824 faces
8,5 m : 1459 vertices, 1049 faces
20 m: 1515 vertices, 1121 faces

Please, don't recolor my news meshes, don't use to make other object.

Now, you can upload all of my palms/plants, without my persmission,
but with 2 simples rules :

- NEVER in a part of PAY item, because I share my work for FREE !
- Give appropriate CREDIT AND LINK to the download on ModTheSims2.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
