It costs less than $16,000!

After I made the smallest playable lot ever I decided to create a tiny family lot with the same basic design, and this is the result.

it is built over three levels.

Level one, garage. Just a garage and some stairs. Also a small space, which I find perfect for placing the elixir of youth.

Level two, living area. Contains same kitchen set-up as the smallest playable lot with the midrange fridge, expensive stove and plenty of counter space. Lounge set includes cheap three-seater sofa, cheap television and bookcase
Study separated by half wall has desk with chair, on the desk is a phone and cheap computer. Bathroom has shower, toilet and sink with mirror; it also has a green light for that extra green tinge.

Level three, sleeping area. Two bed rooms, one double bed, one single bed; single bedroom has desk and chair. By removing desk (and rearranging existing bed) another bed can be added to accommodate second child.

That’s it and by the way, thanks to Mary Lou for the 1x1 lot.

Other info. To recarpet second floor use moveobjects cheat and place column underneath the floor around the middle.
Sink and mirror in bathroom placed with moveobjects cheat as well, but only to include light, sorry about that

I tend to create houses containing cheap items so as to allow people to upgrade what they want from the start, some people like expensive bedding, others prefer massive televisions whist others like computer systems
